Official Return Policy
375 Click Pens
You can return, exchange, or credit unused 375 Click Pens in the original packaging with receipt or proof of purchase within 10 days of receiving the pen. If 10 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a return, exchange, or credit.
OG1 Pens
You can return, exchange, or credit unused OG1 Pens in the original packaging with receipt or proof of purchase within 10 days of receiving the pen. If 10 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an return, exchange, or credit.
Extras / Add-on items
You cannot return, exchange, or credit any optional Add-on items. This includes Engraved Clips, Gift Packaging, Extra Ink Cartridges, and any other item sold as an Extra / Add-on.
Note About Returns
I am an understanding person. If something happens, get in touch and we can try to work out an agreement on an individual basis.
